Where is our data stored?+

By default, in the UK. EU, US and APAC regions are available on Scale and Enterprise plans. We never move tenant data across regions without explicit instruction.

Is Engagelyx GDPR & DPDP compliant?+

Yes. We provide a consent ledger, DSAR portal, cryptographic shred receipts and a standard DPA. ISO 27001 aligned and SOC 2 Type II in progress.

Can we plug in our own SSO?+

Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any SAML 2.0 IdP. SCIM provisioning available on Scale and above.

How long does onboarding take?+

Typical Launch tier customers go live in 7-14 days. Enterprise multi-tenant rollouts complete in 4-6 weeks including security review.

Are the live raffle draws verifiable?+

Yes. Each draw is seeded with a public commitment hash and a private nonce. After the event, the seed is revealed and any participant can re-run the draw to verify the result.
